Englewood Healthy Living (EHL) is published by Triple 3 Marketing (T3M). Our popular magazine and companion website helps our advertisers expand awareness about their services and products throughout the region. Consistent advertising in either or both of our magazines can help our advertisers attract new customers, clients and patients, depending on the nature of their business. We hand deliver copies of each edition to more than 150 drop off locations in Englewood, Boca Grande, Manasota Key, Placida, and other areas on the Cape Haze Peninsula. We refill our display holders regularly. Good pickup locations include Joe Maxx Coffee, Mango Bistro, A Better Scoop Ice Cream Shoppe, Elsie Quick Library, Englewood Art Center, Reid’s Nutrition Center, Loving Light Yoga Center, The Arctic Alligator Creamery, Spinnaker Cafe, Lickity Split Cafe, Vino Loco Restaurant, Zarate’s Restaurant, Ricaltini’s Restaurant, All About You Salon, Made in the Shade Ice Cream, The Posh Pelican, the Englewood Family YMCA, the Englewood Farmers Market in season, and many other locations.

We also make bulk deliveries to more than 20 local realty companies that manage property rentals. This helps us showcase our advertisers to seasonal visitors, tourists and future residents. We also include a digital flipbook of our prior three edition on our website to reach online readers. We also use our social media networks to promote advertisers at no additional cost.

South County Healthy Living (SCHL): We also publish South County Healthy Living with 200 plus drop off locations in Venice, North Port, West Villages, Nokomis, and Osprey. We have many clients advertising in both magazines since they target different communities. Learn more.

UNIQUE FEATURES:
Our mini-magazine format is popular with adult readers and especially women. The convenient format makes EHL easy to carry and share with other people. Few topics interest adults more than their health, wellness and quality of life. EHL features profiles about many of our advertisers in the form of one-page interviews. We also feature news briefs in each edition that support our advertisers. We offer advertisers being interviewed in our magazine an opportunity to post the completed interview on the Featured Content page of our website. This provides an external link to enhance search engine rankings with Google and Bing.

Cover page advertisers can hold the cover page with continuous advertising. Almost all of our advertisers opt for the 4X discounted rate except for advertisers promoting a one-time or annual event.

THREE AD SIZES:
We offer three ad sizes – Full-Page, Half-Page and Quarter-Page.
Our Full-Page ad is 5.5” wide X 8.5” tall; the specs for a full-page ad without any borders follows:
Full-Page including the bleed area going to the edge – 5.75″ wide X 8.75” tall
Full-Page Safe Zone – text and graphics must fit inside 5″ wide X 7.65” even though the ad runs all the way to the edge

Half-Page ad:
Half-Page is 5” wide X 3.75” tall.

We have two options for a Quarter-Page ad (same cost):
Quarter-Page Standup is 2.375” wide X 3.75” tall – This size is the most popular
Quarter-Page Laydown is 5” wide X 1.75” tall

Please reserve your ad early as possible. The following deadlines are for camera ready ads. Please email Randy@Triple3Marketing.com at least two weeks ahead of the deadline if you would like us to design your ad subject to your approval. We design about 90 percent of new ads.

October 3, 2020 – Deadline for Fall Holiday Edition – Distribution late October through early January 2021
January 3, 2021 – Deadline for Winter High Season Edition – Distribution late January through early April 2021
April 3, 2021 – Deadline for Spring Summer Edition – Distribution late April through early July 2021

AD SPECS FOR CAMERA READY ADS:
We prefer PDF, TIF, JPG, or EPS files.
We do not accept Microsoft Publisher files or documents.
Images must be no less than 300 dpi at the desired size of your ad.
Please use CMYK color mode and not RGB.
Please convert all text to outlines.
We’ll confirm if the camera ready ad meets our specs. Some ads are incorrectly sized and others have low resolution images.

NOTES REGARDING AD RATES AND AD DESIGN:
All display ads must be purchased prior to going to press either by a check payable to Triple 3 Marketing or through PayPal.
The 4X Discounted Rate requires purchasing your ad to be displayed in four consecutive editions. You do not need to pay for all four ads in advance. We invoice advertisers at least one month prior to going to press. This timeline is shorter for new ads coming in closer to the deadline.
Advertisers agreeing to the 4X Discounted Rate who do not display their ad in the 4 consecutive editions will be billed for the difference between the single issue rate and 4X discounted rate.
Ad rates are for camera ready display ads.
We can design your full page ad for $80 as a one-time fee. The one-time fee for designing a half or quarter page ad is $50.
We design most of new ads, but we also accept camera-ready ads that fit our design specifications.
We will provide you with an ad proof for your review and approval. Only client-approved ads are featured in EHL.
Future ad changes on existing ads are free if its a simple update such as a new telephone number or a new website URL. Other changes can cost between $15 and $40 depending on how much time it takes to make the changes.
A request by a current advertiser to design a new ad can cost between $50 and $80 depending on how much time it takes to design the new ad.
We can increase the rates for ads at any time, but new rates do not go in effect for current advertisers until their ad comes up for renewal.
